Statemint上线波卡测试网，预计即将上Kusama（KSM）
【2021年6月2日】6月2日消息，波卡测试网Westend已经将Shell链升级为资产平行链Westmint（即Westend版的Statemint），目前运行稳定。下一步将会在Kusama上把Shell升级到Statemine，在Statemine运行稳定后，Kusama插槽拍卖就将开始。
